  • Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering can substitute two years of experience as described.
  • Apprenticeship programs can substitute multiple years of experience as described.

Responsibilities

  • Inspect plumbing, gas, HVAC in new buildings and repairs.
  • Inspect multi-family, commercial, and industrial structures for code compliance.
  • Prepare reports, notes, and correction notices; maintain records.
