PAE in Seattle, WA is seeking a mechanical engineer to design, model, and document systems for HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection on diverse projects. You will support construction administration and produce calculations and simulations to verify performance under supervision.
The role requires a Bachelor's degree in engineering and an EIT certification or ability to obtain one, with proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD and familiarity with industry-standard modeling tools.
The engineer will develop mechanical system designs, models, and documentation while providing task-based support for HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection projects. They will also assist with construction administration and perform mechanical calculations and performance simulations under the guidance of project leads.
Requirements: Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering and possess or be able to obtain an Engineer in Training (E.I.T.) certification. Proficiency or the ability to develop skills in Revit, AutoCAD, and industry-standard modeling software is required.
