Responsibilities

• Design and develop mechanical components and assemblies using SolidWorks.
• Create detailed 3D CAD models, 2D drawings, and engineering documentation.
• Perform tolerance stack-ups, fit and clearance analysis.
• Design components for manufacturability, assembly, serviceability, and cost optimization.
• Review and modify existing designs to improve performance and manufacturability.
• Collaborate with manufacturing, tooling, quality, materials, and analysis teams.
• Support prototype development, testing, validation, and production release.
• Participate in design reviews and resolve technical issues.
• Manage engineering changes and maintain accurate product design data.
• Ensure designs comply with industry standards, procedures, and customer requirements.
• Maintain weekly progress reporting and support facility goals.
