Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering required.
• Must possess excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Efficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Familiar with AutoCAD and Revit.
• FE/EIT a plus.

Responsibilities

• Mechanical design of HVAC, plumbing and fire protection systems for building projects.
• Prepare calculations and construction documents.
• Communicate and coordinate with architects and contractors.
• Perform engineering calculations including energy and HVAC load.
• Prepare opinions of probable cost for building projects.
