Prince Industries LLC in Pepperell, MA, is hiring an Assembly Tech I for entry-level mechanical assembly of enclosures, chassis, and box builds. You will read customer blueprints, BOMs, and drawings, and perform precise assembly with calibrated tools while adhering to 5S and safety standards.

The role emphasizes attention to detail, teamwork with QA and engineering, and documentation of builds. 0–2 years of experience in aerospace/defense or high-tech manufacturing is preferred; ISO/ AS9102

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 0–2 years in high-complexity mechanical assembly, aerospace/defense or high-tech manufacturing preferred.
• Experience in ISO/ AS9102-certified environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assemble mechanical components using manual and electrical tools according to drawings and instructions.
• Interpret blueprints, BOMs, and assembly drawings to build enclosures, chassis, and box builds.
• Ensure proper torque, fit, and alignment using calibrated measuring tools.
• Record build documentation and traveler paperwork; follow safety policies and 5S standards.
• Collaborate with QA and engineering to resolve build issues.
