Job summary

100Hires, Inc. is seeking a Mechanical Assembler for 100% onsite work in Alvarado, TX. You will perform mechanical and electro-mechanical assembly, fit and align components, and inspect parts to ensure quality while adhering to safety standards.

The ideal candidate is hands-on, with good dexterity and the ability to learn new processes; some experience is preferred. Overtime is available based on production needs.

Qualifications

• High school or equivalent required.
• 1 year assembler experience preferred.
• Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail.
• Ability to safely operate basic assembly tools and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Perform mechanical and electro-mechanical assembly operations.
• Fit, mount, align, and adjust components during the assembly process.
• Assemble equipment housings, mechanical components, connecting lines, and related parts.
• Operate air presses, drills, and common hand tools.
• Inspect materials and components for defects or quality issues.
• Perform basic operational testing of completed assemblies.
• Follow work instructions, production procedures, and quality standards.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area.
