Job summary

Walker White Mechanical is hiring entry-level apprentices for a four-year paid program in HVAC, plumbing, pipefitting, and sheet metal. You will learn on real projects, read blueprints, and gain hands-on experience with experienced tradespeople.

The program offers 100% paid training, no student debt, and flexible start dates for up to 30 apprentices in the Greater Columbia area. Start dates are now through September 2026.

Qualifications

• High school seniors or recent graduates; training provided.
• Interest in HVAC, plumbing, sheet metal, or pipefitting a plus.
• Reliable and motivated to learn a trade.

Responsibilities

• Assist journeymen on HVAC, plumbing, and sheet metal projects.
• Read blueprints and schematics.
• Safely use hand and power tools.
• Follow site safety standards.
