Responsibilities

• Operates and maintains equipment including HVAC systems, high‑pressure boilers, generators, and steam equipment.
• Reads and records meter readings to verify operating conditions.
• Responds to service calls for repairs and performs parts replacement as needed.
• Inspects equipment and tests operation after repairs to ensure proper function.
• Maintains a clean, safe work area and adheres to safety policies.
