Equiliem is seeking motivated Material Handlers / Shop Floor Helpers to join our production and warehouse team in Somerville, NJ. This entry-level role involves moving materials, assisting machine operators, preparing products for shipment, and helping keep the shop running efficiently.

Qualifications

• Prior warehouse, manufacturing, or construction experience is helpful but not required.
• Comfortable using basic hand and power tools.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.
• Reliable, punctual, and safety focused.
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Assist with handling, staging, and moving raw materials and finished sheet metal.
• Package sheet metal products according to customer and quality standards.
• Build and prepare wooden skids and pallets for shipments.
• Load and unload trucks safely.
• Support machine operators to maintain workflow and production levels.
• Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
• Maintain inventory accuracy for raw materials and finished goods.
• Follow all company safety procedures.
• Keep the shop floor clean, organized, and safe.
• Perform general warehouse and production support tasks as needed.
