Job summary

MapleClass Education in Los Angeles is hiring an entry-level Mason to build and repair structures using brick, concrete and stone. You will lay foundations, mix mortars, and set masonry pieces according to blueprints.

This is a full-time role with a monthly salary of $1,300 and includes on-site accommodation. Freshers are welcome to apply; prior masonry experience is optional but helpful, with opportunities to learn and grow within the company.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Masonry experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to use hand and power tools safely and efficiently.
• Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy materials.
• Good communication skills in English.
• Willingness to learn new techniques and methods.

Responsibilities

• Lay out patterns or foundations according to blueprints or instructions.
• Mix mortar and other construction materials according to specific ratios.
• Use hand or power tools to cut and shape materials.
• Build walls, arches, floors or other structures using bricks, blocks or stones.
• Repair existing masonry structures by replacing damaged bricks or stones.
• Ensure proper alignment of structures using plumb lines and levels.
• Follow safety regulations and guidelines at all times.
