Role Description

The Entry Level Marketing Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based in Charlotte, NC. This position supports the planning and execution of marketing campaigns that promote causes and engagement initiatives for our clients. Day-to-day responsibilities include assisting with event planning and logistics, coordinating promotional materials, and supporting campaign timelines and deliverables. The Marketing Coordinator will help with promotional materials, in-person events, and reporting on campaign performance. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams and client partners, maintaining organized project documentation, and ensuring that all activities align with campaign objectives.

Qualifications
  • Strong Communication skills, including clear verbal and written interaction with internal teams and clients.
