Palmora is seeking an entry-level Marketing Associate in Charlotte, NC. No prior experience is required as training will be provided across leadership, marketing, customer service and management.

This role starts with foundational coaching and hands-on exposure to real campaigns. You will strengthen client relationships, plan and execute campaigns and events, track results, and empower the sales team with compelling marketing content.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Customer service or retail experience is a plus, but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills required.
• Associates or Bachelor’s degree in business/marketing preferred.
