Limitless Acquisitions in Hartford, CT is seeking an Entry-Level Marketing Associate to support client campaigns, help grow brand awareness, and drive customer acquisition at partnered retail locations. This is an in-person, customer-facing role with paid training and guaranteed base pay, plus performance bonuses.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable engaging with customers face-to-face.
• Professional, dependable, and goal-oriented.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to learn, receive feedback, and apply coaching.
• Interest in developing skills in marketing, customer service, communications, or brand representation.
• Previous marketing, retail, hospitality, or customer service experience is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Represent client brands, products, and services professionally.
• Support brand awareness and customer acquisition initiatives.
• Maintain accurate knowledge of client products and promotions.
