Job summary

SHIK Consulting Group is seeking an Entry Level Marketing Associate to support our on-site campaigns in the DC metro area. You will engage with potential customers, communicate campaign messages, and help interested individuals sign up at retail locations and other public venues.

From day one you’ll receive hands-on training and coaching from experienced teammates. As your skills grow, you’ll have opportunities to take on greater responsibility, including training new colleagues and helping lead

SHIK Consulting Group is expanding its team and seeking an Entry Level Marketing Associate to support our face-to-face marketing campaigns throughout the DC metro area.

We're looking for individuals who enjoy working with people, are eager to develop new skills, and want to be part of a team where effort, initiative, and performance are recognized.

About the Role

You'll represent client campaigns at retail locations and other public-facing venues, engaging with potential customers and supporters, communicating campaign messages, and helping interested individuals sign up.

You'll also collaborate with your team to meet campaign goals, contribute ideas, and develop practical experience in marketing, sales, and customer engagement.

Compensation

Weekly base pay plus performance-based incentives, including commissions.
