Glosten designs propulsion drivetrains and supports life safety systems for vessels, leveraging 3D machinery plant designs and modern control systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marine engineering, naval architecture, mechanical engineering, or electrical engineering.
• Experience with marine systems, piping design or vessel operations is a plus.
• Engineer-in-Training certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design propulsion drivetrains and support systems for vessels.
• Develop full 3D machinery plant designs inside virtual ships.
• Collaborate with team to improve emissions, efficiency, and systems integration.
