Job summary

Procter & Gamble at the Mehoopany plant is seeking entry-level Plant Technicians to help run and maintain production equipment for leading brands. You will join a team responsible for keeping production flowing, hitting performance goals and maintaining quality.

From day one you will be involved, gaining hands-on experience and opportunities to expand into electrical, quality assurance, safety, and other areas.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent is required.
• Willing to work rotating shifts, 24/7.
• Able to lift 45–50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Use basic hand and power tools and operate equipment.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain high-speed production equipment to keep lines running smoothly.
• Perform preventive maintenance and basic troubleshooting on machinery.
• Control processes via computer terminals and maintain accurate records.
• Work as part of a team to meet production and quality goals.
