Job summary

Diversified Services Network, Inc. in Sanford, NC is seeking a Manufacturing Support Engineer- Entry Level to join our team. This onsite role focuses on process, tooling, and equipment issues, providing daily technical support to assembly operations and documenting standard work.

You will collaborate with Manufacturing Engineering, Quality, Operations, Maintenance, Safety, and Engineering to drive improvements that enhance safety, quality, delivery, and cost performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering and 0–2 years of experience.
• Experience reading drawings and technical documentation.
• Knowledge of manufacturing equipment and processes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; effective written communication.
• Hands-on, safety-minded with production teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily technical support for production in Assembly and IPV areas (automated testing, fluid fill, and A/C charging equipment).
• Document, implement, and improve standard work.
• Balance workload across production bays to help meet production targets.
• Support enhancements and improvements to process, tooling, and equipment.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing Engineering, Quality, Operations, Maintenance, Safety, and Engineering teams to resolve technical issues and improve processes.
