Shaw Industries Group, Inc. is seeking entry level manufacturing associates for multiple operator roles at the Shaw location in Chatsworth, GA. Responsibilities include operating winders, creel management, sewing carpets, and handling air entangling processes to maintain production flow.

The position offers full-time hours with a standard 8-hour shift and comprehensive employee benefits. Training will cover safety standards and operating procedures on the production line.

Responsibilities

• Load packages of single or plied yarn on the carousel of the Back winder machine.
• Burn in yarn during a beam change and creel yarn to keep machines running.
• Keep creel racks full of yarn and yarn ends spliced in the designated pattern.
• Sew rolls of carpet together at the front of the finishing line to maintain supply for coating.
• Load packaged filament yarn onto an Air Entanglement machine.
