Aluminum-Precision-Products is seeking entry-level production workers to join any department for forging aluminum products. On-the-job training is provided, with opportunities for growth within the company.

Two shift options are available, with potential overtime on Saturdays. Safety first, PPE usage, and teamwork are emphasized as core standards of performance.

Job Summary:

We are looking for an entry level production worker who can work in any one of our departments to forge aluminum products. We have multiple positions open, we will provide on the job training, and there are opportunities for growth within the company.

Shift:

1st - Monday - Thursday 5:00AM - 3:30PM and Friday 5:00AM - 1:30PM. In addition to the regular schedule, Saturdays may require overtime work on a frequent basis.

Shift:

2nd - Monday - Thursday 3:30PM - 2:00AM and Friday 1:30PM - 10:00PM. In addition to the regular schedule, Saturdays may require overtime work on a frequent basis.

Physical Demands

• Use handling equipment to assist with moving parts that exceed 50 lbs.
• Use of both hands, use of hand tools, power tools and related equipment
• Capable of repetitive reaching, twisting and bending
• Be able to stand on feet 80% of the time during a work schedule

• Work environment is indoors. Workstation is located in an industrial manufacturing plant.

• Temperature in work area can exceed 90F throughout the work year.
• Noise level in the work environment usually varies from moderate to high.

Compensation:

$18.00 - $22.00 an hour. This is the lowest to highest hourly rate we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may be modified in the future. An employee’s pay within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, and business or organizational needs.
