Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Put safety first.
• Dependable and work well as part of a team.
• Willing to learn new equipment and processes.
• Can lift up to 50 lbs.
• Can stand and walk for extended periods during their shift.
• Can work the required rotating schedule, including days, nights, overnights, and weekends.
• Have reliable transportation to the Greenwich facility.

Responsibilities

• Following H&V safety procedures.
• Assisting with machine start-ups and shutdowns.
• Preparing, staging, and loading materials.
• Operating material-handling and production equipment.
• Packaging and labeling finished products.
• Supporting production as needed.
• Performing housekeeping and basic maintenance tasks.
• Supporting sustainability efforts through proper material and waste sorting.
