The Greer Group is hiring entry-level Manufacturing Operators for DAUCH Corporation in Minerva, Ohio. This position offers paid training, an apprenticeship pathway, and temp-to-hire after approximately 520 hours. You will train on 1st shift for two weeks, then work 2nd or 3rd shifts with overtime opportunities.

Qualifications

• No experience required for entry-level role.
• Flexible shift availability (2nd and 3rd shifts) with training on 1st shift for 2 weeks.

• Lightweight manufacturing work with limited heavy lifting.

Responsibilities

• Learn to operate machining equipment under guidance.
• Machine and inspect lightweight parts (10–15 pounds).
• Read work instructions and follow quality standards.
• Inspect finished parts to ensure specifications are met.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area.
• Work as part of a team focused on quality, safety, and continuous improvement.
