H.B. Fuller is hiring for an entry-level production role to support safe, efficient manufacturing operations. You will prepare materials, operate equipment, and perform quality checks while documenting processes in adherence to established procedures.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, basic computer skills, and a willingness to learn safety and quality standards in a team-focused environment. This on-site position includes shift work and opportunities to grow within a global adhesives

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• No prior manufacturing experience required.
• Proficiency with basic Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to read and follow work orders, safety procedures, and quality instructions.
• Availability to work assigned shifts and authorization to work in the location of employment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and transport raw materials and packaging materials.
• Operate production equipment following work instructions.
• Monitor equipment performance and production rates.
• Perform initial product testing and release checks.
• Verify labels and packaging against specifications.
• Package finished goods to quality standards.
• Follow quality, safety, and EHS procedures at all times.
• Maintain housekeeping standards and support supervisor-assigned tasks.
