Job summary

NVR’s Thurmont Plant is hiring for direct labor production roles building new homes in our warehouse-style facilities. No experience is required; training is provided.

The position runs on 1st shift from 5:00am to 1:30pm, Monday through Friday, with a pay rate of $25.05 per hour and benefits designed to support long-term growth. We value reliability, safety, and productivity, and offer strong attendance rewards, weekly wages, and ample paid time off.

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing, warehousing, or construction preferred.
• Experience with framing, millwork, trim a plus.
• Ability to work as part of a team to achieve productivity goals.
• Reliable with excellent attendance.
• Able to lift, bend, stoop, and stand for long periods; safety-focused environment.
• On-the-job training provided.
