Job summary

NVR Dayton is seeking motivated individuals to join our Dayton Ohio Plant. You will perform direct labor production tasks for building new homes in a warehouse-style facility with a strong emphasis on safety, quality, and productivity.

No prior experience is required; training is provided. 1st shift hours are 5:30am to 2:00pm, Monday through Friday, with pay starting at $22.00 per hour and weekly wages.

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing, warehousing or construction environments preferred.
• Relevant technical training or certification considered.
• Higher starting wages possible with framing, millwork, trim or related construction experience.
• Demonstrated reliability by excellent attendance.
• Ability to work indoors or outdoors in a safety-focused environment.
• Must be able to lift, bend, stoop and stand for long periods.
• Experience with hand tools, nail and staple guns, reading a tape measure is preferred.

• Perform direct labor production tasks related to building new homes in a warehouse-style facility.
• Support a productive, safe and high-quality manufacturing process.
• Work on a 1st shift schedule with responsibilities aligned to line production.
