Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering; related engineering disciplines considered with experience.
• Ability to learn procedures, apply fundamentals, and work with guidance toward independence.
• Interest in manufacturing operations, production support, and equipment reliability.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on production support during night-shift operations, including machine maintenance and process troubleshooting.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to reduce scrap, improve throughput, and increase equipment uptime.
• Collaborate with production, maintenance, quality, and engineering to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain process documentation through SOPs and control plans updates.
• Assist with data collection for process changes, new equipment, or new product introduction.
• Promote safe work practices and ensure compliance with EHS and quality standards.
