Job summary

Zaddy Solutions seeks an entry-level manufacturing engineer for our Memphis plant to support production, learn manufacturing systems, and assist with continuous improvement under close supervision.

Responsibilities include developing standard work, troubleshooting on the floor, collecting production data, and contributing to Lean/Six Sigma projects, with relocation assistance available for suitable candidates.

Qualifications

• BSME or equivalent degree required.
• 0–2 years of manufacturing engineering experience.
• Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes and equipment.
• Introductory Lean concepts (5S, waste reduction).

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and maintaining standard work instructions
• Support process troubleshooting on the production floor
• Collect and analyze basic production data (scrap, cycle time, downtime)
• Participate in Lean / Six Sigma projects
• Help implement process improvements and cost reduction ideas
• Support tooling, fixtures, and equipment setup
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
• Work with operators and technicians to resolve day-to-day issues
