Job summary

Siemens Energy is seeking an entry-level Manufacturing Automation Engineer in Richland, Mississippi. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Manufacturing or Industrial Engineering or related field.
• 1–2 years experience in a manufacturing environment, ideally involving process automation, advanced technology and process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Support evaluation, planning and implementation of manufacturing process automation projects.
• Research and assist in introducing advanced manufacturing technologies to modernize processes.
• Participate in continuous improvement by identifying waste and analyzing process data.
• Collect and analyze production data to identify bottlenecks and recommend improvements.
• Support creation and rollout of training materials and work instructions.
