Job summary

Marvin is seeking a production associate to join its climate-controlled facility where you will be trained across processes and set up for success from the start. You will assemble windows with tools and automated equipment, while prioritizing safety and clear communication with teammates.

Qualifications

• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Experience reading and following written and visual instructions is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Assemble products using tools and automated equipment, which may include drilling holes, measuring parts, cutting parts, or using a saw.
• Communicate clearly in English both orally and in writing to carry out job functions and work with your team.
• Read visual and written instructions on a computer screen to retrieve parts and deliver to production lines.
• Work closely with your supervisor to troubleshoot any mechanical or material issues.
• Crosstrain in multiple departments, adding variety to your workday and more money to your paycheck.
