Job summary

Adecco is recruiting for an entry-level manufacturing role in Blanchester, Ohio. No prior manufacturing experience is required, and a pathway to permanent placement after 60 days is available. You will work on the assembly line in a safety-focused environment that emphasizes teamwork, quality, and efficiency.

Shift options include 1st, 2nd, and 3rd with pay of $17.00/hour or $18.00/hour, Monday–Friday. Overtime is available, and training is provided to set you up for success.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• No prior manufacturing experience necessary—entry-level positions available.
• Steel-toe footwear and long pants required.
• Ability to stand throughout shift with regular breaks.
• Willing to work overtime and Monday–Friday.
• Strong work ethic and commitment to safety and quality.

Responsibilities

• Operate on the assembly line in a safety-focused environment.
• Support teamwork and maintain quality and efficiency.
• Follow shift schedules with overtime as required.
• Adhere to safety rules and PPE requirements.
• Participate in training provided to perform duties.
