Adecco is recruiting for an entry-level manufacturing role in Blanchester, Ohio. No prior experience required; join a driven team on the assembly line with a path to permanent placement after 60 days.

Pay starts at $17.00/hour on first shift and $18.00/hour on second/third shifts, with overtime and comprehensive benefits. Training provided to set you up for success, Monday–Friday schedules.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• No prior manufacturing experience required for entry-level role.
• Steel-toe footwear and long pants required.
• Ability to stand throughout shifts with breaks.
• Strong work ethic with emphasis on safety and quality.
• Able to work Monday–Friday with mandatory overtime when necessary.
