Entry Level Manufacturing Associate

No experience? No problem! Our manufacturing client in Des Moines is looking for entry level wire assemblers. This position is a long‑term, temp‑to‑hire job with extensive opportunities for growth.

Starting Pay: $18.26 / Hour (+ raises every 6 months)

Hours:7:30am-4:00pm (+ optional OT upon hire‑on)

Duties:

1. Read and interpret shop drawings.
2. Cut and crimp wires using hand tools.- Connect wires by following alphanumeric labels and color codes.
3. Perform quality control on completed products.Skills for Success.
4. Strong attention to detail.- Ability to sit or stand for an 8 hour shift.
5. Ability to perform repetitive wrist motions for an 8 hour shift.
6. Previous wiring or assembly experience helpful, but not required.
