Responsibilities include following safety practices, adhering to standard work and plans, and assisting in training co-workers while promoting teamwork and reliability in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic computer skills required.
• Able to read and understand reports.
• Willingness to cross-train on several operations.
• Strong communication, teamwork and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Follow safety practices and policies.
• Adhere to Standardized Work, Control Plans and Product Specifications.
• Identify training needs and suggest quality improvements.
• Learn AMS and continuous improvement concepts.
• Participate in Employee Engagement activities.
• Perform clean-up and housekeeping per schedule.
• Cross-train to support resource planning.
• Operate manufacturing equipment and hand tools as required.
• Contribute to defining and improving standard work.
• Report problems to leads and supervisors.
• Use problem solving tools to improve SQDC.
• Assist in training co-workers.
• Support a respectful workplace.
• Perform other duties as directed by supervision.
