• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to coordinate cross-functional tasks.
• Excellent time management and attention to detail in a fast-paced production environment.

Responsibilities

• Support Production Supervisors during shift turnovers ensuring continuity.
• Coordinate personnel assignments and work instructions based on supervisor guidance.
• Track production progress and ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Identify and verify witness inspection and quality hold points.
• Conduct shop floor walkthroughs for safety observations.
