The Manager Trainee is a full-time, entry-level role designed to prepare you for leadership within 84 Lumber. You will receive hands-on training and have the opportunity to be promoted to management within 6-12 months, potentially increasing your salary by up to 40%. Many progress to General Manager roles within 3-4 years.
No experience is required. Bring your dedication and willingness to learn, and we will support you through classroom, online, and hands-on training in areas such as sales, store operations, blueprint reading, forklift operation, business management, and Microsoft Office Suite.
This role does not have supervisory responsibilities. You will work in indoor and outdoor environments, assisting customers in various weather conditions, with physical activities including lifting up to 80 pounds.
