Goodwill in Venice, FL is seeking an Entry Level Manager (Keyholder) to help lead daily store operations and drive the mission of changing lives through work. You will open/close the store, support the team, and promote a safe, positive customer experience.

The role emphasizes strong communication, leadership, and organization, with the ability to lift up to 40 lbs and work evenings/weekends. Prior retail or supervisory experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous retail or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Basic computer knowledge and attention to detail.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. and stand for long periods.
• Reliable transportation and flexibility to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Deliver world-class customer service and promote a safe, positive environment.
• Open and close the store, assign registers and daily duties, and complete daily reports
• Oversee donation flow, inventory rotation, and merchandising standards
• Ensure compliance with loss prevention, safety, and risk management procedures
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked sales floor
