Job summary

Goodwill Industries of the Palm Beaches & Treasure Coast is seeking a Keyholder to help lead daily store operations and support team members. You will open and close the store, supervise staff, and promote Goodwill's mission of changing lives through work.

You will deliver excellent customer service, oversee donation flow and merchandising, and ensure safety and loss-prevention procedures are followed. This role emphasizes teamwork and adherence to our core values.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, leadership and organizational skills.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous retail or supervisory experience preferred.
• Basic computer knowledge and attention to detail.

What You'll Do:

What You Need:

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Previous retail or supervisory experience preferred
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
• Basic computer knowledge and attention to detail
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. and stand for long periods
• Reliable transportation and flexibility to work evenings and weekends

Physical Requirements:

• Able to lift, push, pull, carry or otherwise move up to forty (40) pounds with no support regularly. Over forty (40) pounds request for additional team member assistance as needed.
• Able to perform tasks that require repetitive motion. Manual dexterity is required.
