Job summary

Goodwill Industries of the Palm Beaches & Treasure Coast is seeking a Keyholder to help lead daily store operations and drive the mission of changing lives through the power of work. You’ll open/close the store, support team members, and promote a positive environment for customers and donors.

You will oversee donation flow, merchandising, and daily reporting while maintaining safety and loss prevention procedures.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous retail or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Basic computer knowledge and attention to detail.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. and stand for long periods.
• Reliable transportation and flexibility to work evenings and weekends.
