Job summary

Goodwill Industries Manasota in Sarasota, FL is seeking an Entry Level Manager (Keyholder) to help lead daily store operations and deliver a positive experience for customers, donors, and team members.

You will open and close the store, supervise staff, manage donations and merchandising, and uphold loss prevention and safety standards, with opportunities for growth through training and education assistance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous retail or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Basic computer knowledge and attention to detail.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. and stand for long periods.
• Reliable transportation and flexibility to work evenings and weekends.
