Prime Management Group is actively seeking a motivated Management Trainee (Entry Level) to work on Fortune 100 campaigns. Our innovative firm was founded by dedicated people looking to push the envelope using cost-effective marketing campaigns and advertising strategies, continuing to set the standard for customer acquisition excellence.

The Management Trainee position is a valued team member in the marketing and advertising department. It is entry‑level and begins with comprehensive training covering basic marketing strategy, direct advertising, promotional techniques, visual merchandising, and consumer market research. Upon completion of training in each area, the trainee may become a team leader in the marketing department and be developed into an executive Marketing Management role. The Marketing Manager Trainee reports directly to the Executive Marketing Manager.

Primary Duties

• Impacts sales results by developing, supporting, and executing field marketing and segment activities.
• Executes marketing campaigns and plans events.
• Works with clients to support campaigns.
• Collaborates with corporate and field marketing managers to determine customized programs and strategies for different market segments.
• Coordinates and manages projects to ensure event success.
• Attends events as required once management capacity is reached.
• Monitors the use of existing sales tools.
• Provides input on requirements for additional tools.
• Publicizes events and works with Account Development to raise awareness and drive high attendance and participation levels by the targeted audience.
• Advise on new ideas to generate revenue for various clientele.

Training and Development

• Establish personal goals that align with company standards and marketing productivity.
• Learn to overcome objections, ask for the sale, explain the promotion, and communicate expected outcomes and services.
• Follow all company safety policies and compliance procedures.
