Job summary

Culver’s is seeking a motivated manager to lead restaurant shifts, empower team members, and keep a positive, fast-paced environment for guests and co-workers alike.

As a member of Culver’s management team, you’ll coach and mentor a high-performing staff, ensure food safety standards, and model excellent guest service while maintaining smooth daily operations.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of restaurant experience preferred
• Ability to work nights, weekends and holidays
