About the Role:

NPI is seeking ambitious, growth-oriented recent graduates to join our Manager in Training program. This full-time, in-person role provides hands-on experience in sales, leadership, and team development while representing inside nationally recognized retailers including Costco, Sam’s Club, BJ’s, Home Depot, and Lowe’s.

We offer a dynamic environment where new professionals can gain valuable experience, receive personalized mentorship, and move into management roles based on performance—not tenure.

This is not door-to-door, canvassing or commission only role.

What You’ll Do:

  • Represent products and services inside high-traffic retail locations
  • Learn effective sales techniques and customer engagement strategies
  • Manage individual territory goals and support broader campaign execution
  • Assist with onboarding and training of new team members
  • Develop leadership and operational management skills through ongoing mentorship
