Love’s Travel Stops is hiring Maintenance Technicians to ensure a safe, clean, and well‑maintained facility while supporting your manager to keep operations running smoothly and help guests have a positive experience. No experience?

We will teach you! Responsibilities include customer service, assisting store, restaurant, and truck care teams, and performing cleaning and maintenance tasks on HVAC, fuel systems, plumbing, and refrigeration.

Qualifications

• Customer-facing duties and general customer service responsibilities.
• Ability to assist with cleaning, maintenance, and general repairs.
• Willingness to learn and cross-train across departments.

Responsibilities

• Provide assistance, resolve issues, and ensure a positive customer experience.
• Assist store, restaurant, and truck care departments with maintenance and customer needs.
• Operate tools for cleaning and facility maintenance (HVAC, fuel systems, plumbing, refrigeration).
• Cross-train in other departments such as Store Cashier, Restaurant Cashier, and Leadership Roles.
