Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, 0–2 years of maintenance or related technical experience, willingness to learn, and strong attention to safety and detail.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 0–2 years of maintenance or related technical experience preferred.
• Exposure to electrical or industrial systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic mechanical and electrical repairs under supervision.
• Assist with maintenance of conveyors, packaging equipment, and facility systems.
• Support troubleshooting of jams, sensor issues, and simple equipment faults.
• Execute preventive maintenance tasks and inspections.
• Replace basic components (sensors, belts, bearings, pneumatic parts).
• Follow SOPs and safety procedures during all maintenance activities.
• Read basic schematics and documentation.
• Document work orders and maintenance activities in CMMS.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas.
• Support senior technicians on complex repairs and projects.
