Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years of maintenance/repair experience desirable.
• Must have a valid state driver’s license.
• Ability to safely use hydraulic/pneumatic equipment, presses, cordless drills, clamps, and other small tools.
• Willing to learn to use measuring tools with precision (0.001”).

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment and machinery.
• Inspect and maintain mechanical equipment using a variety of tools.
• Adhere to OSHA requirements and safety procedures.
• Follow lock-out/tag-out procedures and ensure safe operations.
• Share information with supervisor and team clearly.
• Demonstrate strong troubleshooting skills.
• Organize parts and materials and keep work areas tidy.
• Lift and move materials up to 50 lbs as needed.
• Collaborate with other departments to support objectives.
