Job summary

Love's Travel Stops is seeking Maintenance Technicians to keep our locations safe, clean, and well-maintained while assisting management in daily operations. No experience is required—we will teach you!

You will perform general cleaning, maintenance, and customer service tasks across store, restaurant, and truck care areas, with opportunities for cross-training in leadership roles and other departments. Safety and customer satisfaction come first.

Qualifications

• Willing to learn and adapt to a fast-paced service environment.
• Ability to follow safety policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• This is a customer-facing role with general customer service duties.
• Assist store, restaurant, and truck care teams with cleaning, maintenance, stocking, and service.
• Use tools/equipment to clean and maintain facility operations including HVAC, fuel systems, and refrigeration.
• Cross-train in related departments such as Store/Cashier or Leadership Roles.
• Always prioritize safety and customer satisfaction per company policies.
• Move and lift 25+ pounds and work in varying temperatures.
