Job summary

Zinger Property Group is seeking an Entry Level Maintenance Technician for our apartment community in Lexington, KY. This is a full-time, year-round role offering on-the-job training and paid certifications.

The ideal candidate has basic maintenance knowledge and a willingness to learn in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry. Responsibilities include grounds upkeep, maintaining curb appeal, keeping common areas clean, completing work orders, and being available for emergencies on a 24x7

• Be on-call to address emergencies 24x7 when scheduled.
