Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• One or more years of experience or completion of a relevant technical training program or job certification.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance using basic hand tools and operate equipment (e.g., mowers, forklifts, string trimmers, or light fleet such as utility terrain vehicles).
• Paint building surfaces and equipment; patch plastering walls; carpentry such as doors, windows, furniture, shelves and floors; plumbing repairs; simple electrical repairs.
• Ability to lift heavy objects, bend, reach, climb a ladder, follow directions, apply technical manuals, and work in varying weather and rugged terrain.
