Job summary

Ezetop LLC is seeking an Entry-Level Maintenance Technician to support preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance in our PEMB manufacturing plant. You will learn to maintain presses, shears, plasma tables, and welding equipment while adhering to safety and LOTO protocols.

Under supervision, you will read manuals, diagnose issues, replace components, and assist with installation and commissioning of new equipment. This role offers on-the-job training in a fast-paced production environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical/vocational training preferred.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn industrial maintenance.
• Ability to read and follow equipment manuals, simple schematics, and technical instructions (training provided).
• Proficiency with common hand tools and power tools; openness to learning diagnostic equipment.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and preventive maintenance on manufacturing equipment including press brakes, shears, plasma tables, saws, welding equipment, cranes, and material-handling systems.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and basic electrical systems under supervision.
• Replace worn or defective components with guidance.
• Read schematics and blueprints to support diagnostics and repairs.
• Perform facility maintenance such as lighting, plumbing, and building upkeep.
• Support installation, setup, and commissioning of new equipment.
• Follow safety procedures and LOTO; maintain clean, organized maintenance area.
• Respond to breakdowns promptly and communicate status to leadership.
• Participate in continuous improvement and on-the-job training to improve reliability.
