Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment desirable.
• Must possess a valid state driver’s license.
• Ability to use measuring equipment with high accuracy? of 0.001" to diagnose wear or damage in machine parts.
• Must be able to read and understand basic machine schematics.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine preventive maintenance and repairs as assigned.
• Inspect, repair, and maintain mechanical equipment and machinery.
• Follow OSHA safety procedures and lockout/tagout for all responsibilities.
• Organize parts and materials in proper locations; keep work area tidy.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure uptime and success.
• Lift, move, push, pull, carry and manipulate weights up to 50 lbs.
