A.R.E. Manufacturing, Inc. is hiring an Entry Level Machinist with no experience required. Start with paid training and a starting pay of $20/hr. You will learn to operate CNC mills and lathes, read blueprints, inspect parts, and perform basic maintenance.

The role offers a 4-day work week, strong benefits, retirement plan with match, PTO, and a defined training pathway with raises over time.

Mon–Thu | 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM

A.R.E. Manufacturing, Inc. is hiring an Entry Level Machinist — no experience required! This is a great opportunity to start a long-term career in manufacturing with paid training.

What you'll do:

• Learn to operate CNC mills and lathes

• Read blueprints and inspect machined parts

• Perform basic hand work and machine maintenance

• Troubleshoot quality issues and maintain documentation

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED

• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen (including THC)

• Mechanical aptitude and basic math skills

• • Schedule will start as 6am –4:30pm Mon – Thur but could shift to Tues – Fri or Wed – Sat depending on staffing needs.

• • This position will start as days but around 6 months, there will be a required rotation through night shift(3:30pm- 2am, Mon - Thur). After that rotation it will be a day shift going forward.
  • This position also has a training pathway plan with raises along the way.
